Janet Byars' vision is to help the world of business to
increase its conciseness so that positive profitable ways
of doing business are developed and implemented that create
truly sustainable leadership and world community.
To fulfill this vision Janet has created an entirely new
concept of leadership pulling from physics, psychiatry
and physiology.

Janet's greatest strength is to apply this technology
for her client's
organizations. She uses her ability to create a Field of
Intention and offers intra-personal development by watching
for gaps in judgment and leadership and teaching her clients
how to correct those gaps.
She facilitates problem solving by bringing forth the
highest and best outcome of each and every situation.
Janet is available to teach practices
for professional development, for day-to-day issues and
obstacles, as well as crisis management.
Janet is a Doctoral candidate at Antioch University in Leadership and Organizational Changes. She is a Licensed
Professional Clinical Counselor,
with her own practice, A World of Solutions, as well as
being a trained mediator. She is also licensed as a HeartMath® provider.
Janet completed her Masters in 1993 and has an undergraduate
degree in Fine Arts. Prior to completing her graduate training,
she worked several years in marketing and public relations.
With balance and joy, Janet's active lifestyle includes
walking, hiking and scuba diving. Now living in Ohio, she
travels extensively for business and pleasure. Her favorite
dogs are Shih Tzus, Samantha and LadyBug. An avid reader
and writer, Janet also enjoys entertaining a host of friends
and acquaintance.
